Rates
The Rate presented to you prior your trip is an initial estimate of the cost for Ride as reserved. Wait time, extra stop or additional services requested by client during Ride may change final bill. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to making the reservation due to, but not limited Holidays, Special events. Rates will not change once the reservation has been approved and confirmation email has been sent to client.
- Transfer From/To Key West – 8Hrs. Marathon – 6Hrs. Islamorada – 4Hrs. Key Largo – 3Hrs. applied on selected vehicle
- Airport Pick up from one flight only. If more flights combined (charges apply and has to be approved by Dispatch)
- Pick up or Drop off not in Miami – Distance Fee or Garage Fee applied
- Private FBO Pick up – 2hrs applied on selected vehicle
- Transfer From/To Fisher Island + $40 charge applied
- Transfer From/To Concerts/Sports Events – 3hrs applied if available
- No credit issued for unused time on Hourly Service when vehicle is booked for certain numbers of hours.
Airport / Seaport / Residence Pick Up
Driven Miami monitors all commercial airline arrivals. There is 30 minute time allowance on Domestic and 60 minute on International from the time flight land. There is 30 minute time allowance from the scheduled Seaport pickup and 15 minute from local address pick up. After time allowance 15min increments charge apply on selected vehicle class hourly Rate. After 1 hr. waiting time Ride reverts to hourly charter charged from original scheduled time. If you can not locate your driver please call Driven Miami at +1-305-898-4315 to avoid being billed as a No Show. Requested Stop less than 20min on Luxury Sedan/SUV – $40 . Mercedes S-Class & Mercedes Sprinter $60. Requested Stop longer than 20min is billed as additional hour based on the hourly rate on selected vehicle class.
Payment Information
We will authorize your payment card at least 24 hours prior your ride date. The card must have sufficient available funds or your reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation / Changes
We require to cancel your reservation 6 hours in advance by email to: info@drivenmiami.com to avoid charge for the full amount of your reservation. Any changes to reservation if available are allowed not less than 2hrs before scheduled Ride. Holidays/Special Events cancellation 48Hrs. (F1 Cancellation 7 days prior)
Car Seats
Driven Miami provide complimentary CAR SEATS for our young travelers on SUV vehicles only. Car Seat Disclaimer: Driven Miami assumes no responsibility for any injury, or damages suffer by the user. As such, this device must be installed by the user only. Chauffeurs are neither authorized nor certified to install this device. For information on how to properly install this device. please refer to the instruction manual.
Liability
Driven Miami is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car caused by them or any members of their party. Shampoo fee is $250. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Not responsible for articles left in the car. Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
